ThaiLand 2017 experience πŸ‡«πŸ‡· ✈️🌏

About a month ago I was in Thailand for two weeks…And I enjoyed every second of it πŸ’•

Thailand was on my bucket list for as long as I can remember. During the beginning of 2017 I told myself I was going to make Thailand happen. I remember it was one of my many goals set for 2017. Surprisingly I (we) made it happen! On May the 20th of 2017 the boyfriend and I flew out to Thailand. It was a 18+ hours flight (2 stops), one and a half day until we landed in Thailand…Honestly I would’t have done it with the help from my man. It took us about a month and a half to plan out everything…We both did our research and booked our plane tickets and hotel separately through Expedia. (It was our very first time flying out of country) πŸ˜‰

Our first stop was Phuket, where we then was taken to our destination, which was 20 minutes away. The hotel we booked was called Santhiya Koh Yao Yai. Everything from the rooms to the activities offered on the resort caught my attention. It was a must for me. Lol. Yes, pictures can be deceiving, but NOPE not Santhiya Koh Yao Yai! Everything looked exactly as seen in pictures. I can’t stress enough to tell you how beautiful and breathtaking the resort was! I was just so happy and was living like a damn queen!!! Room services was amazing! The people on the island was just so awesome and super sweet. Oh, and the food was bomb & the view was to die for!!! There were so many different kind of activities offered, such as; Thai dance, Thai boxing, Thai cooking, and boating to different islands (Phi Phi, James Bond, Krabi). Sadly we did not make it to any of the islands due to the bad weather…Some days were very cloudy and/ or rainy but was super duper humid! Despite of the weather we still had the best time of our lives! The Thai vibes was just so real. It got me feeling like a Thai queen! Lol. We spent five days on the resort before we left to Chiang Mai.

In Chiang Mai we booked β€œHmong Thai Tour” (search him on FB). He is known as a tour guy in Chiang Mai. We booked him for three days out of the eight days that we stayed in Chiang Mai. In Chiang Mai we drove an hour away to Maetaeng Elephant Camp where we rode elephants, ox and watched elephant show. We then took a bamboo raft and went through Maetaeng river where we saw Thai villages and elephant homes. We also zip line, fed alligators, visit Chang Mai Night Safari (zoo), Hmong village, and so on…..We did so many things in one day. Literally from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. By 6 p.m we usually stroll down to the night markets to enjoy the night life. The markets had many good things from cute Hmong/ Thai outfits to yummy foods and live music. By the way, the food portion in Thailand is very little compare to the USA. But on the bright side it is very very cheap and tasty! On our last day we flew back to Phuket. I’m not going to lie but we both missed home so much & was happy to be back. 😊

Overall, the best part about our trip was definitely staying at Santhiya Koh Yao Yai resort. I would like to recommend anyone to the resort. It was a dream come true place! Customer service was πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜ŒΒ For more info:Β https://www.santhiya.com/kohyaoyai/

The boyfriend and I booked our flight with China Southern Airline, which I 100% do NOT recommend at all! Only if I knew how bad their services was I would have totally done things differently. But anyways if anyone have questions regarding about the cost of my Thailand trip please email me (thaolisa92@yahoo.com)…And/ or just any questions comment below.

I hope you guys find this helpful…And for those who are iffy about traveling because of all the negative things that is going around the world, I say just do it! You’ll never know what’s on the other side of the world until you experience it! &, I totally recommend booking a tour person… Live life to the fullest and just do it βœ”οΈ

Traveling the world is probably one of the best gift anyone could ask for ❀️

How do I use the products?

These products can be use day and night. With a clean washed face, I spray 4-5 pumps of Nivana Hydrating Treatment Mist onto my face. While my face is still damp, I place 4 drops of Pure Argan Oil onto my skin. Then I gently tap the products all over my face until it is absorbed. Directions:

  1. Add a small amount of mask to bowl.
  2. Mix equal parts mask and water.
  3. Apply an even layer to clean face.
  4. Let dry 10-30 minutes (less time for sensitive skin).
  5. Remove with warm water.

TruSelf Organics “Detoxifying Mask” in my opinion is a very effective, powerful mask. What do I mean by that? It detoxify deep down into your pores….It cleans and takes away all the nasty dirty stuff…Almost as if it is fighting with all the dirt that is just chilling on your face…..Once it starts to dry up it can get very tight, but it doesn’t clumble off. Therefore, you’ll start to see all the nasty stuff. TruSelf do recommend that if it is your first time use you’re only suppose to leave it on for 10 mins. After several use it can be on for as long as 30 mins…But as for me, I have very sensitive skin where I can only leave it on for 5-10 mins…. Some days when I have red bumps/ acne I would throw on this mask to decrease those areas that I have problems with… I have seen improvement after each use…My bumps/ acne tend to disappear or appear smaller… But due to the fact that this mask is too powerful for me I only use it once or twice a week….I recommend following it up with a moisturizer….Everyone’s skin type is different, so what works for me may not work for you….Anyways this is my review on TruSelf Organics “Detoxifying Mask.”

Anastasia Cream Contour Kit

Have you ever purchase a makeup product & it is not how you expected, or you got it just because of all the crazy awesome hype…?

Awhile ago I have purchased this @anastasiabeverlyhills Cream Contour Kit in Medium. I got it just because cream contour was something new & heard it was great for dry skin type, and of course because of all the crazy hype! Lol. Anywho, after the first time applying it on, I wasn’t feeling it nor did I like it. Β I stopped using it ever since then… After awhile I thought about giving it another chance….Since I was going out and wanted a dramatic contour look. So I did! I played with it, using @elfcosmetics Foundation Brush to mix “Cinnamon” & “Chocolate” together & applied it on my cheek bones, nose, and forehead. Then I went in with @elfcosmetics Small Stipple Brush to buffed it all out, in a circular motion. As for highlighting or concealing under my eyes I used “Banana” with @sigmabeauty Conceal-F70 brush. Then with my @sephora Beauty blender I blended out all the areas I highlighted, such as my under eyes, bridge of my nose, & forehead. Other shades in the palette I have not try out just yet. But I heard the orange shade also known as “Warm Coral,” is great for dark under eye circles.

Makeup is art, play with it & have fun! True fact, the tools you use can make a big difference. So make sure you’re using the correct tools. I am glad I gave Anastasia Cream Contour Kit another chance, cause I sure ain’t wasting $45! Lol.
